Brint Patrick is a graduate of Baylor University with more than 15 years of experience in Land Development, Project Management, Business Administration and Construction. He also has over a decade of international experience working in management and strategy roles in Latin America, Europe, Central Asia and North Africa. Brint has a passion for overseas missions and has spent several years working with the International Mission Board and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Brint's professional experience and broad understanding of mission work is a great asset to Shelter For Life and the board. Brint currently resides in the Twin Cities with his son Noah and his wife Terry.

Gordon A. Wright has a passion to equip and train others to use their talents for the Lord's work and has extensive experience working in the international community. He is the founder and Executive Director of Jesus Inn Ministries, Inc., a Christian community of thirteen dwellings in Tulsa, Oklahoma that equips young people to fulfill the calling on their lives. Gordon is also the founder and president of East/West Resources International (EWR), which develops ministries and partnerships in second and third world countries to facilitate the equipping of pastors and church leadership. Gordon has written numerous articles and teaching pamphlets including a 16 tape discipleship series. He is a gifted teacher and has traveled and ministered throughout the United States and thirty countries abroad. The father of seven children, Gordon lives with his wife Sue in Tulsa.
