Country Representative - Afghanistan
The Country Representative will have one primary responsibility: New program development to include overall proposal writing, preparation, and submission for funding to potential donors such as USAID, BPRM, OPIC, Foreign Governments, foundations, and private donors. Position requires strong interpersonal, public representational and entrepreneurial skills.

The Project Manager role is a long-term leadership position requiring project and administrative experience in a cross-cultural environment. This position is responsible for project implementation to ensure that project budgets, proposal objectives and outputs, and completion dates are properly met. The Project Manager is also responsible to develop new project initiatives and programs in their area of expertise or geographic region.

Country Liberia: Manager/ Construction Project Director
Shelter for Life International (SFL), a Christian faith-based relief and development organization, is a member of a consortium that has recently received funding for the Food for Education program sponsored by the USDA for Liberia. The program intends to address multiple dimensions of sustaining and promoting primary education in Liberia. SFL's part in the process is the renovation of 100 primary schools in the country. In this effort, SFL desires to find an experienced project manager who will provide leadership to the team. This role will also serve as Acting Country Director until that position is filled.
